Working together as a large team, across several tracks of work, our Customer Support Delivery and IT teams delivered business process automation to automate manual Customer Support tasks, while also bringing additional self-service capabilities to our customers and partners.

- Process automation impacting over 200,000 transactions, resulting in $1.8 million savings per year in manual work
- Additional self-service capabilities to enable customer self-service product registration, user profile updates, and visibility to part requests and field service dispatch status
- An on-time, on-budget project, initiated and delivered entirely in our work-from-home environment during the COVID-19 pandemic!
